Noah's Hot Wheels Party

Our youngest son, Noah, turned three this month. Noah LOVES Hot Wheels cars. He has a little wagon full of Hot Wheels cars that he pulls around the house. He is constantly setting them up in lines, crashing them into walls or racing them down Hot Wheels tracks. And so it was no surprise that he wanted a Hot Wheels birthday party! We hosted the party at our local My Gym and he had a blast celebrating with his friends.

Evite has great Hot Wheels themed invitations right now. They are super cute!
Our invitation said "Come and RACE around the gym with me!".

I found this shirt at Walmart for $5. Such a deal! It says "Nobody is faster than me!".

The party was from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m. Since it was after lunch and before dinner, we served snacks and cake. I purchased the Hot Wheels tablecloth, hat, banner and napkins at Party City. They have a great Hot Wheels section.

I had fun making all the snacks fit the theme. We served Red Vines as "Dipsticks".

Rice Crispy Treats as "Stop Lights"

Oreos as "Spare Tires"

Chex Mix as "Nuts and Bolts"

Water bottles as "Coolant". I found tape that looks like a road and used that to wrap the water bottles.

We ordered this Hot Wheels cake from Walmart.

Out little guy was thrilled!

For the favor, each child got to go home with a goodie bag filled with some colorful candy and their very own Hot Wheels car.

The goodies inside

The party favors.

I used this free printable: http://lessordinarydesigns.blogspot.com/2013/01/free-printable-i-wheel-y-like-you-hot.html?m=1  for the favor tags but changed the words to read: "I Am Wheel-y Glad You Came"!

Happy 3rd Birthday Noah!
